constance

constance (n.) - steadfastness; the quality of staying true over time.

No claim becomes truth without a decision you own.

AI tools remember more every month. Not one of them can tell you whether what they remember is still true.

So they answer confidently from a decision you reversed in March, or from one side of a disagreement nobody ever settled. The answer looks right. Nothing flags it. You find out when a client does.

Constance holds what your organisation believes, and keeps four things apart: what is settled, what has been replaced, what is on record but not established, and what is genuinely in dispute. Nothing becomes settled without a person deciding it. Every belief carries its receipts, who decided, when, on what evidence, and what it replaced.

That means a human gate, at first. It is how the system learns your judgment before it is trusted to use it. You hold the dial.

Nothing is authoritative by accident.
